Cancel your Dr.Dropin appointment

To avoid a fee, you must cancel your appointment within a specific deadline.

• 24 hours before your appointment
  • Applies to all specialists, including dermatologists, gynecologists, psychologists, psychiatrists, plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons, and physical therapy services.
• 12 hours before your appointment
  • Applies to all general practitioners.

If you miss your appointment or cancel too late, you will be billed for the full cost of the service.

If you booked your appointment through an insurance agreement, there may be separate cancellation rules. Always check the terms and conditions with your insurance company to avoid any potential fees.

If you have paid for the lesson in advance and cancel within the deadline, the amount reserved will be returned to your account automatically.

We understand that plans can change, and you are welcome to reschedule your appointment. However, please note that a change is treated as a cancellation of the original appointment and a new booking.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so within the cancellation deadline for your type of appointment (24 or 12 hours). If you reschedule your appointment after the deadline, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and you will be billed for the original appointment in full.
